Responsibilities and Experience
As the Banking Manager Mark is responsible for all aspects of PBI’s Customer Service, both back office and customer facing responsibilities, with the focus always being on providing first class standards of customer service and administration to PBI’s Customers. Mark started his financial services career in 1989. 28 years later he has experience in banking and senior investment roles on the Island working across a range of financial services industry disciplines at Barclaytrust International, GAM Administration, Scottish Life International, Royal London 360 and AXA Isle of Man. Mark is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment.
