How do I change my address?

Whether moving home or country, it is very important to advise us of any changes to your address as soon as possible.
This will ensure that any correspondence we send to you goes to the correct place and reduces the risk of your post getting into the wrong hands.
The process is very simple and doesn’t require much effort as outlined in the three steps below:
1. You must send us a letter in the post advising us that you have changed address or complete one of our Change of Address forms. This must be signed in accordance with the account mandate.
2. Please also send us an original or certified copy* of a recent utility bill or bank statement for your new address for verification purposes.
3. Once we have received your request, we will change your address on our records and write to you to acknowledge and confirm that the change has taken place.

From this point forward, all mail will now go to your new address.
